Q – Can we see samples of materials and promotional products before we place our order?
A – Yes, on most occasions material samples and promotional product samples are available at no
cost. Please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.
Q – We would prefer to meet with a member of your staff to discuss our project in detail face to face, is this possible?
A – Yes. We would be delighted to arrange a meeting with you and discuss your requirements in detail. Often in complex projects this is our preference also.
Q – We have a tight deadline – can McCormick’s deliver our goods to meet this?
A – We offer for a range of products on an express service where goods can be printed and delivered quickly. The precise answer to this question will depend on what products you are interested in. Please contact us as soon as possible as a day can make all the difference.
Q – Do you offer any environmentally friendly products?
A - Yes. We offer a range of products, both traditional print and promotional products that comply with a range of recognised accreditations, typically Fairtrade, PEFC, Global Organic Textiles Standard, ISO 14001.
Q – Do you produce our artwork and proof it prior to printing and can we make amendments?
A – Yes. We will supply a proof for your approval and this can be amended prior to proceeding to print. In the case of promotional gifts, we will often supply a scaled visual illustrating how your order will look when delivered.
Q – Can we supply our own artwork files for printing?
A – Yes. We would be delighted to accept your files and if you contact us we can supply you with the precise specification and if applicable templates to assist you.
Q – Do you produce all of our orders in house?
A – We will generally produce all or part of your order in-house but it will really depend on what the product is. If subcontracting aspects of your order we only work with trade suppliers who we have vetted, often visited, and have a proven track record of meeting our high standards
